After the project is put into operation, 768 million standard cubic meters of blue charcoal tail gas can be utilized, and the annual power supply can reach 480 million KW. h, saving electricity and reducing carbon emissions by about 700000 tons of CO₂ per year, creating an economic value of about 280 million yuan for the enterprise. While saving energy and reducing carbon emissions, it can significantly improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.

This project is a power generation project constructed by fully utilizing the by-product orchid charcoal tail gas from the production process of 1.2 million tons of orchid charcoal. Blue charcoal tail gas power generation is a special power generation technology, which operates by high-temperature combustion of the tail gas produced by the gasification of blue charcoal, generating ultra-high temperature and high pressure steam, which is then used to drive a turbine generator for power generation. Compared to traditional thermal power generation, blue charcoal tail gas power generation has stronger adaptability to coal quality, and can use low-quality coal with high sulfur and ash content for power generation. In addition, blue charcoal tail gas is a byproduct of coking, and energy recovery can reduce the waste of coal resources. The electricity generated by the power station is sent to the State Grid, and the sale of electricity on the grid increases the self supply rate of the enterprise while also increasing the company's revenue. This project responds to national industrial policies and is an environmental protection project for enterprises to achieve circular economy and sustainable development planning and construction. It will have a positive effect on promoting economic development and reducing environmental pollution in the surrounding areas of the power plant.

本项目充分利用120万吨兰炭生产过程中副产的兰炭尾气而建设的发电项目。兰炭尾气发电是一种特殊的发电技术,其原理是将兰炭气化产生的尾气进行高温燃烧,生成超高温超高压的蒸汽,再利用蒸汽驱动涡轮发电机发电。相比传统火力发电,兰炭尾气发电对煤质的适应性更强,可以利用含硫量高、灰分高的劣质煤进行发电,另外兰炭尾气为焦化副产物,进行能量回收,可以减少煤炭资源的浪费。电站发电产生的电力送入国网,上网售电提高了企业的自供电率的同时提高了公司收入。本项目响应国家产业政策,是企业实现循环经济和可持续发展规划建设的环保项目,对促进电厂周边地区的经济发展和降低环境污染将会产生积极作用。
