This project aims to recover the waste heat from the flue gas of a silicon iron ore furnace for power generation. It can not only meet the company's electricity demand, but also create a new zero carbon cycle track! It is mainly divided into two blocks for construction. After completion, it will save about 300 million kWh of electricity annually, 37000 tons of standard coal annually, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 170000 tons annually.

The project construction includes facilities such as efficient vertical waste heat boilers, direct air-cooled condensing steam turbines, generators, dry wet combined closed cooling towers, chemical water workshops, comprehensive water pump rooms, water supply and drainage systems, power transformation and distribution, and fire water tanks. Expected to be put into operation in 2026, the company will take this project as an opportunity to continuously optimize production processes, improve energy utilization efficiency, and make unremitting efforts to achieve green and sustainable development.
