Planning scheme for Qingyang Tongxin 500000 ton/young hydrocarbon deep processing project: proposed to build a 500000 ton/year liquefied gas desulfurization and separation combined unit, a 30/120000 ton/year alkane mixed dehydrogenation/MTBE combined unit, a 150000 ton/year maleic anhydride unit, a 120000 ton/year 1,4-butanediol unit, a 30000 ton/year PBS unit, and a 20000 Nm ³/h hydrogen production unit (including an 8000 Nm ³/h methanol hydrogen production+PSA unit), as well as supporting storage and transportation facilities, public engineering facilities, safety and environmental protection facilities, and auxiliary engineering. The total construction area is 83727.27 square meters (70198.56 square meters above ground and 13528.71 square meters underground).

It is reported that the project is located in the Petroleum and Natural Gas Chemical Industry Zone of Xifeng Industrial Park, with an estimated investment of 5.504 billion yuan. This is a major energy and chemical project that conforms to the national industrial greening and industrial upgrading transformation. With advanced dehydrogenation technology as the core, it improves resource utilization by more than 30% through efficient desulfurization, separation processes, and environmental protection devices, setting a benchmark for local economic green and sustainable development. After the completion of the project, it will further optimize the regional energy structure, enhance the added value of light hydrocarbon products in the oilfield, improve the degree of domestic substitution of fine chemicals, assist in the coordinated integration of our city's chemical industry chain, and promote the high-quality development of Qingyang's modern comprehensive energy and chemical industry.
